The Prophet (may Allah bless him and give him peace) would also seek refuge with Allah the Exalted and say:
Translation:
“I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Shaytan.”
Then he would recite:
Translation:
“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.” — but quietly, without raising his voice.
Then he recited:
Translation:
“All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds (2), the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (3), Master of the Day of Judgment (4). You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help (5). Guide us to the straight path (6), the path of those whom You have blessed, not of those who have incurred anger, nor of those who have gone astray (7).”

Narrated by ‘Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “There is no prayer for the one who does not recite the Opening of the Book (al-Fatihah).”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 756; Sahih Muslim, Hadith 394)
